Le Crafty Jack est un couteau et un outil, composé d'un manche en aluminium, de couleur bleu fusil, obtenue par anodisation (le procédé d'anodisation que nous avons retenu est durcissant),Une découpe dans le manche pour faire démanilleur Un anneau de suspension à l'extrémité du manche Un rivet cuivre de charpente navale (le même que sur le modèle ENCAN) et un axe de basculement D'un côté, une lame forte, en acier inoxydable De l'autre côté, épissoir et châs, pour coudre et surlier sans changer d'outil. THE ENCAN
THE ENCAN (Auctions)This knife is named after the place where it was designed and finally built. It is a simple and easy knife to use, the blade forged from a Swedish steel '12c27' is extremely sharp and its wooden handle has a pleasing shape. This knife is very light due to the simple and clever locking system we have invented. A simple straight spring lock keeps the blade in the open position and a simple pressure of you thumb releases the blade back into the closed position. You can order seperately, a very nice leather holster to accompany your knife. Available in 3 sizes 8, 10 & 12 cms. Note.... the smallest is 'THE' one to open oysters with. |

The CACHALOT
The Cachalot (Spermwhale)The very first model was designed and built at sea and even though the tools used today are a little different, the handles are still handcrafted. The blade is locked open with an internal lock system (liner-lock). The knife exists in 3 sizes: 8, 10 & 12 cms to satisfy every hand and utilization. THE GREEUR (The Rigger)Makes a tool a pleaure to use, one way to describe this knife..... it is a very tough and useful sailors knife. Its blade is fixed in the middle and can rotate so only half of it is exposed, one side has a strong blade and the other is a tool, used to repair fishing nets, unshackling etc... no other tool is needed. It has a very safe blade and is easy to work with. It comes with a magnificent leather holster. |

THE FORBAN
THE FORBAN (The Pirate)This is a knife with a thick truncated blade forged in the best steel available. Similar to knives used in ancient pirates times by Topmen..... the handle turned from hard wood is partly covered with a plaiting, hand woven by a professional seaman. This knife 23 cm long can be used at sea or on a cutting board, it is a very handy knife and a delight to use. A thick leather holster is provided with this knife. |

LE COUTEAU TIRE-BOUCHON
Son manche est exactement celui d'un CACHALOT 12 cm (il peut donc se porter à la ceinture dans l'étui du Cachalot). C'est un montage astucieux qui a permis de l'équiper d'une bonne mèche forgée bien robuste.Façonné à main levée dans notre atelier, comme tous les Farol. De prime abord, son fonctionnement peut paraître déroutant, avec sa mèche déportée, mais en réalité non, le coup de main est facile à prendre et aucun bouchon ne lui résiste.
